Ability to set up on surface plate to conformed GD&T specifications, measuring devices such as height gages, calipers, micrometers, depth gages, universal protractor, index fixture, v-blocks, angle blocks, 1-2-3 blocks, Deltronic pin gages, bore gages, thread gages, sine plates, CMM, Comparator, Inspection Systems, etc. The quality inspector is responsible to perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts, in-process and final inspections of manufactured machined parts and/or assemblies, using tools such as Micrometer, Depth Gage, Caliper, Height Gage, Checking Fixtures, Surface Plate, Thickness Gage, Comparator, CMM & Other Inspection Systems.
