Our Install Plumbers focus exclusively on residential plumbing installations, completing high-quality work safely, efficiently, and to TR Miller standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing installation projects as assigned
• Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related plumbing systems
• Complete installation work accurately and efficiently while following applicable plumbing codes and company standards
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each installation
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
• Other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: Potential earnings of $62,400-$104,000 annually, based on experience and/or possession of a valid plumbing license.
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing experience on an apprenticeship card OR a valid plumbing license is required
• Residential plumbing installation experience is required
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation practices, tools, materials, and applicable codes
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
• Regularly required to safely use ladders and work at heights to access attics, crawl spaces, and other elevated areas as part of residential service work, in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.
• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
• Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
