Position Overview

Progressive Screens is seeking detail-oriented and skilled Product Installer. The Product Installer will be responsible for installing, testing, and ensuring the proper functionality of products at customer sites. This role requires excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

What you'll do

• Installation & Setup: Safelytransport and install products at customer locations according to company specifications and safety guidelines.Assemble and configure products to meet customer needs and technical requirements.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features and functionality during installation. Address customer questions or concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Technical Expertise: Test installed products to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues on-site. Perform routine maintenance or adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, including any adjustments or issues encountered. Provide feedback to the technical and design teams to improve product quality and ease of installation.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols during installation and ensure compliance with local regulations. Report any incidents, damage, or unsafe conditions promptly. See installer guidelines for safety rules and procedures.

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Prior experience in installation, assembly, or a related field is needed.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals.
