What We're Looking For

• Previous window and door installation experience required
• Experience with replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related products
• Ability to properly remove and install windows and doors
• Experience with interior and exterior finish work
• Knowledge of proper flashing, insulation, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques
• Ability to identify and address installation-related issues in the field
• Must provide your own tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and appropriate work vehicle
• Ability to maintain a clean and professional job site
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Professional appearance and communication with customers
• Dependable and able to maintain scheduled installation dates
• Must meet all applicable insurance and subcontractor requirements
