Job Description
A growing financial services organization is seeking a client-focused professional to manage relationships with key institutional clients. This role partners with sales, operations, technology, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
Coordinate with front-office, operations, technology, and internal stakeholders to address client needs.
Monitor pre-trade and post-trade activity, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
Prepare client presentations, service metrics, and management reporting.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvements, technology enhancements, and service delivery.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting clients.
Support clients exploring technology and AI solutions to improve post-trade operations.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Experience within financial services, capital markets, or operations preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
