Job Summary

In anticipation of possible openings throughout the academic year the Accounting Department maintains a pool of qualified persons interested in part-time non-tenure-track teaching positions in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Business Information Systems. Salary Rate / Pay Rate

For a non-terminal degree, the salary range is $5,200 to $5,600 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications and prorated to the amount of time contracted (FTE). For a terminal degree, the salary range is $5,700 to $6,100 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications

  1. Master's Degree.

  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  3. For teaching positions, state law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level.

  2. Professional experience in the field.

Work Hours

Varies depending on class hours and office hours.
