Summary
Balfour Beatty is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Leadership Development team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule and preferably report to our Dallas, TX, office. However, individuals who would like to work out of a different U.S.-based Balfour Beatty office will be taken under consideration as well.
The Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in supporting the companys commitment to employee development, compliance training, and professional growth within the construction industry. He or she assesses knowledge gaps, develops and designs content, and evaluates the effectiveness of training. The Instructional Designer will support the smooth execution of learning and development programs while collaborating with training staff, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business units.

Typical Work Conditions: Work is performed in a hybrid setting that requires working three days per week at the office and two days per week at home. Employee frequently interacts directly with community management, facilities management, residents and staff members during the workday.
