Job Description

Instructional Designer Jr.

We are seeking an Instructional Designer Jr. to design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions that support Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions for Claims employees.
Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced digital learning experiences.
Develop simulations, scenario-based learning, performance support materials, and interactive training content.
Manage curriculum revisions from intake through publishing.
Ensure work is completed according to Service Level Objectives (SLOs), business needs, and organizational priorities.
Develop highly technical claims training and standalone digital learning content.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience with Instructional Design strategies.
Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with SMEs.
Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Portfolio

Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Adobe Creative Suite products including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
Microsoft PowerPoint
Project Management Software (JWM preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating technical training content.
Experience developing simulations and multimedia-based learning.
Claims, insurance, or financial services training experience.
