Instructional Designer

Remote, local to a tech hub location

Position Title: Sr Instructional Designer

What We're Looking For

• Seasoned instructional designer with strong tech experience in our design tools (see list below)
• Experienced with booth eLearning and instructor-led (virtual instructor-led)
• Ability to quickly ramp up, implement feedback, follow expectations
• Works well with subject matter experts
• Collaborative with project team (typically made up of a project manager, learning business partner, lead ID, and other IDs
• Strong communication skills
• Follows style, standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines (well-documented)

Tools (Preferred)

• Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
• Synthesia
• Camtasia
• Word and PowerPoint

Summary of Projects

• New hire program refresh and redesign (includes new deliverables and maintenance)
• Other maintenance deliverables as time permits
