Instructional Designer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field. Candidates with less experience and strong potential may also be considered.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise.
• Experience developing content or activities for virtual learning environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a strong eye for visual design, learner engagement, and interactive training activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Experience working in a Windows environment; candidates should not be dependent on Mac-based systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, instructional design, or training development.
• Experience with SCORM-compliant LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and/or Workday Learning.
• Experience uploading, configuring, testing, and maintaining training content in an LMS.
• Experience supporting corporate learning and development programs.
• Familiarity with multimedia learning assets, learning analytics, and training reports.
