TITLE: INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
OS desktop support.
REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Instructional Technology
JOB GOAL: To support certain Instructional Technology projects,
products, and initiatives
ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES:
app distribution, and support, for 5,000+ Mac/iPad environment

Performs Instructional Device administration, problem analysis and upgrades.
Monitors asset management system, including Instructional Device inventory,
hardware/software inventory, and maintenance of same information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift/move 35-40 lbs. of IT equipment.
Travel 25% within district.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Supervisor of Instructional Technology.
