    • Provide practical demonstrations and supervise hands-on activities in a lab environment.

    Curriculum Implementation:

    • Utilize existing course materials aligned with operational needs.
    • Supplement and adapt instructional delivery based on learner progress, engagement, and performance outcomes.
    • Collaborate with curriculum developers to provide feedback and suggest improvements.

    Learner Support and Assessment:

    • Monitor participant progress and provide individualized coaching and support.
    • Evaluate technical competencies through assessments, practical demonstrations, and knowledge checks.
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

    Operational & Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment data accurately.
    • Coordinate scheduling and preparation of lab materials and equipment.
    • Participate in instructor calibration sessions and training program meetings.

    Education and Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, controls systems, industrial automation, mechanical maintenance, or related technical field.
    • Prior instructional, facilitation, or mentoring experience preferred (corporate training, adult education, or technical instruction).
    • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, troubleshooting electrical systems, automation systems, sensors and actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components and equipment.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to hybrid teaching formats and support learners at varying skill levels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical certifications in automation, robotics, or maintenance (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, FANUC, PLC, OSHA 10/30, etc.).
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard.
    • Experience with curriculum delivery in corporate training environments, especially in logistics, manufacturing, or retail operations.
    • Understanding of operational structure or experience working with technical teams.
    • High School diploma or GED minimum with related field experience.
