Level 3 - $27.00 - $34.00
Summary:
Responsible for installing, servicing and repairing of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment: consistently work to meet customer specification in a neat timely and accurate manner, excellent communications skills.
Job Description:
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
- Ability to lay out, measure and bend tubing based on the specifications of the drawing to fit the design packages insuring a safe and functional system.
- Must be able to understand customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
- Knowledge of various pneumatic and hydraulics systems.
- Measures, cuts, assembles tubing tray and support systems.
- Installing tubing and clamps into tubing tray systems.
- Measures, cuts, ream, bends, assemble and install single line and group of tubing.
- Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
- Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
- All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED desired.
Background Check Required: Background check will be required / Drug free work environment - must successfully meet the drug/alcohol/physical testing requirements, complete safety training – follow all safety rules and regulations and be eligible to work in the United States.
