As an Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in protecting public health and the environment by ensuring industrial wastewater meets regulatory standards before entering treatment systems. Your work directly supports sustainable water management and helps communities thrive.

As a Facilities Instrument and Controls (I&C) Operator, based in Denver, CO, you'll join a team of multi-discipline technical experts, ensuring that our clients can deliver their products and services - uninterrupted. We'll give you the tools to become an expert on the electrical systems that support our client's operations and keep their people safe. You'll grow your expertise to help your team succeed in the safe and time-critical operation, maintenance and repair of mission-essential I&C equipment and components including programmable logic controllers (PLC), human machine interface (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software and hardware, and related facilities equipment.

You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in our client's state of the art facilities. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet.

Here's what you'll need

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 3 years of related commercial and industrial maintenance experience
• Varied electrical and mechanical experience
• Proven understanding of electrical system components and theory
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and equipment drawings
• Refrigeration and Chiller controls and device troubleshooting and repair experience (Trane, Frick and McQuay)
• Building automation system (BAS) experience, preferably Niagara.
• Power plant, water / wastewater plant or Central utility plant operations or maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, replacing or calibrating field devices such as pressure, temperature transmitters, gauges, transducers electronic and pneumatic valves.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Trade school or technical program diploma
• EPA 608 Universal license or ability to acquire license within 6 months.
• Chiller plant or district energy experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using CMMS such as SAP
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft office products.

The base salary range for this position is $72,800.00 to $86,320.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
