We are a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunities.The PositionFabricate fiberglass insulation sub-parts to be used in the completion of pre-fabricated HVAC products.Job DutiesMust handle and process fiberglass insulation by using, but not limited to, hydraulic beam press, hydraulic clicker press, pneumatic slitter, & hand toolsMust be willing to operate mechanic, pneumatic, and hydraulic driven equipment.Need to be able to operate small (hand) tools used in processing fiberglass productsResponsible for taking care of the equipment one usesMust be able to fill out minor paperworkExpected to manage fiberglass cut-parts inventory in order to ensure that Joval has the proper amount of cut parts in inventoryExpected to work with fellow team members and management to look for improvements to quality and productivityProperly package fiberglass productsExpected to perform monthly and annual Insulation inventory. Must be a dependable person that is self-motivated Must have good communication skillsMust be able to read measurement tools (EX. Tape Measure)Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredWilling to work shifts and overtimeProficiency in reading and writing infographics and detailed instructions and labelsPhysical Conditions & Working EnvironmentThis position occasionally must maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment. Adjusting and/or mechanical/electrical repairs to equipment in a safe, efficient manner is required. Position is constantly inside a semi-open-air warehouse. In the summers there can be high heat, although there are mitigating efforts in place around the warehouse.
