We're looking for those who like hands-on work and want to see the results of their effort at the end of every day. We're a family-owned company that's protected greater Seattle homes for over 50 years, and we're hiring an Insulation Installer / Technician to restore and seal homes against rodents.
When pests get into a home, they leave behind damaged insulation, dirty ducts, and gaps that invite the next infestation right back in. That's where you come in: you'll do the crawlspace, attic, and duct work that makes a home clean, sealed, and protected — real, physical work that genuinely helps the family living there.

What you'll actually do
- Install drainage pipe inside crawlspaces and around the home's exterior.
- Seal HVAC duct joints with mastic and wrap ducts with fresh insulation.
- Install air baffles in attics and crawlspaces.
- Keep every worksite clean and haul debris to the dump.
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to hit a deadline (it's rare).
Expect to spend your day in crawlspaces, attics, and up on ladders. This is hands-on, physical work — and it's where the craftsmanship comes in.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, hands-on, and a growth mindset who enjoys solving problems and helping homeowners.
- A background in insulation, construction, HVAC, or general labor is a plus — but we'll train the right person, so don't count yourself out if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Comfortable on ladders, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Friendly and clear with homeowners — you're the face of the company at their door.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll pull an MVR).
- Able to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screen. We do not screen for marijuana.
