Demonstrated expertise installing heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, variable-speed equipment, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, Wi-Fi thermostats, and related HVAC systems, with the ability to perform electrical troubleshooting as needed. Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Lead HVAC Installer oversees residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish, leading installation crews while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.
