competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed. If you have sales or customer service experience, that's a plus—but we're most interested in finding someone with the right attitude and drive.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, and proactive outreach.
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Prepare and present quotes while clearly communicating the value of the recommended coverage.
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer information, records, and policy documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.
