What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, coverage changes, and claims support
- Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value
- Present insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Work closely with carrier partners to secure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Help create an experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions. You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
- Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience
- Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalism
- Can analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection
- Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management
- Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
