ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Nicco Vella Insurance Agency Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

You would have minimum daily, weekly and monthly sales goals for auto, home, life and health insurance. I have a proven process that has been successful with all of my sales team members who follow the process 100% and believe the product. I am looking for high motivated, tech savvy, high pace and coachable person to join the best sales team in Florida

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Life license before start date
