Insurance Account Representative

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative - Agent Team Member. Must be able to make the commute to our Goodyear, AZ office location. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers request.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Handle all incoming phone calls for the insurance office.
• Monitor and respond to incoming customer text messages
• Monitor voicemail messages
• Email/text late pay and cancelation warnings. Additionally, take payments from customers for their insurance policies.
• Greet customers who visit the office in person.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Present a cheerful disposition to customers who call or visit the office.
• Process insurance service transactions for customers
• Provide quotes for new customers
• Pivot to other lines of business (life and health)

As an Agent staff, you will receive...

• Base Salary $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
• Monthly sales bonus
• Paid time off (2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week paid sick days)
• Health insurance to be available before the end of 2026

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Life and Health insurance license (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
