• Collaborate and Negotiate: Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate favorable policy terms and conditions, ensuring clients get the best possible deals.
• Educate and Empower: Guide clients through their insurance choices, helping them select products tailored to their needs. Your advice will empower them to make the best decisions.
• Handle with Care: Manage claims reporting and resolution processes, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every client.

Must Haves:

• Experience: At least 3+ years in personal lines insurance.
• License: Active state insurance license in personal lines or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
