Our team of five (four and a half in-office and one remote!) works together seamlessly—and often with the company of our beloved office dogs. We value work-life balance and rewarding hard work. After one year of full-time service, team members receive an extra paid day off each month (that’s 12 additional days annually!), and we offer exciting perks like team field trips and the opportunity to qualify for an annual team trip. Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
