ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a
sales focused role. In this role you would have a starting hourly pay of $17 per hour and you would receive commission on top of that based on your sales. The first year in salespeople typically make over $50,000 with hourly plus commission. We provide extensive training so even if you have no previous experience in sales, you can have success quickly. This is a job where you can make a difference for others and have a high earning potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
