RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Meet and establish sales goals and quotas while maintaining a professional customer service experience.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but willing to train you.
• Willing and able to obtain General Lines Property & Causality and Life and Health licenses.
