ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a team member with Nate Cruce State Farm in Madison, Florida, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ long term financial well-being. You will help grow our agency by developing meaningful professional relationships through needs- based discovery conversations with current customers and with prospects. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively educating them and marketing a broad range of relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Uncover customer needs through on-purpose interactions
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically capable; typing proficiency, working knowledge of "Microsoft Office" products and the ability to learn new programs and applications are a must
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
