As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. 
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. 
• Work alongside your office's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. 
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representatives, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Property and Casualty License
• Life and Health License
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
