ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.  Our clients and policy holders come to rely on you for more than just their insurance needs.  You will have the opportunity to build relationships in and outside of the office. You grow our agency through Sales. You will have meaningful customer relationships, by being an expert in your field and by building referrals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell additional policies to existing policy holders.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Hit sales goals and targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
