The Gainey Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents in a fully remote, flexible-schedule opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, wants to build their own business, and is interested in helping families find insurance coverage that fits their needs.

As an Insurance Agent, you will work independently while receiving training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our team. This is a performance-based opportunity suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients interested in insurance products
• Help clients understand their available coverage options
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Conduct virtual sales appointments

• Participate in training and ongoing coaching
