Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique coverage needs.

Analyze current insurance portfolios to identify gaps and suggest meaningful improvements.

Generate new business opportunities through local networking and community engagement.

Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication.

Manage policy renewals and document client interactions with precision.

Attend weekly office meetings to share insights and refine our collective sales strategies.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client advisory positions.

Strong ability to clearly explain complex policy details to diverse audiences.

Reliable transportation for local client meetings in Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

Working knowledge of industry-standard CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent.
