Pay Range: $22 - $25/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team during Open Enrollment from September through December
- Support in-person seminars and community events
- Educate members on client health plan options, benefits, and pricing
- Answer questions from prospective and existing members clearly and professionally
- Provide phone support for member inquiries
- Help coordinate and support seminar activities and field visits
- Work with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and positive member experience
- Travel throughout the Portland metro service area as needed
- Maintain professionalism while representing client at events
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours and support event-based schedules
- Reliable transportation is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn quickly and follow training before field shadowing
- Healthcare or health insurance experience
- Experience supporting seminars, events, outreach, or member education
- Familiarity with health plan products and benefits
