Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, following up on inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting clients through claims-related questions. You will maintain accurate records, stay current on industry regulations and product updates, and collaborate with carriers or brokerages as needed. The role requires ongoing business development activities such as networking, outreach, and referrals to grow your client base.
