Insurance Agent

We are a growing insurance agency serving individuals and families with life, health, and retirement insurance solutions in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities. We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a rewarding career in the insurance industry. No prior insurance license is required; support will be provided throughout the Pennsylvania licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Present and recommend a range of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement options.
• Provide ongoing support to clients while fostering and maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training will be provided.
• Stay informed about industry standards, market trends, and applicable compliance requirements.
