Role Description This full-time Insurance Agent role is a hybrid position based in Richmond, VA, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will meet with individuals, families, and business clients to assess their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and networking to generate new business, conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, and managing applications and policy documentation. The role involves ongoing customer service, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and support with claims and coverage questions. The Insurance Agent will also stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, compliant guidance.\n
