• 2–8 years of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, or insurance-related experience
• Experience advising insurers on complex coverage matters involving commercial general liability, professional liability, directors & officers liability, cyber liability, excess liability, or other specialty lines of coverage
• Experience analyzing insurance policies, coverage positions, reservation of rights letters, and coverage opinions
• Experience handling insurance coverage litigation, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, or related disputes preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working directly with clients
• Experience appearing in state and federal courts preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted
