Our agency is recruiting insurance coverage attorneys for a national law firm representing carriers in complex coverage disputes. Combine policy analysis and written coverage advice with hands-on litigation and direct client interaction.

Job Details

What you will do
Analyze insurance policies and evaluate coverage issues.
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, disclaimers, and related correspondence.
Manage coverage litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial work.
Prepare pleadings, briefs, research memoranda, and client reports.
Provide strategic advice to carrier clients and collaborate with other coverage attorneys.

What you bring
2+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance coverage litigation experience.
Active New York admission for New York or Illinois admission for Chicago.
Strong policy analysis, legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
Professional liability, D&O, financial institutions coverage, and coverage opinion drafting preferred. Indiana admission is a plus for Chicago..
