Insurance Coverage Jr Associate

Our client is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join a sophisticated litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong research and writing skills who is ready to take on increasing responsibility and grow within a complex litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters

• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, discovery responses, and other legal documents

• Assist with all stages of litigation from case development through resolution

• Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy, case preparation, and client matters

• Take on increasing responsibility as experience and expertise develop

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties

• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of legal experience

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop well-supported arguments

• Desire and ability to take on increasing responsibility

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Must be licensed in New Jersey

• New York licensure is a plus

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
