Analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies.
Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
