We're seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional service, support sales efforts, and maintain strong client relationships. You will handle inbound communication, assist clients with policy needs, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and retention. • Greet customers in person in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats efficiently
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Support sales efforts through education and cross-selling
• Resolve client concerns and negotiate solutions when needed

• A valid Property & Casualty license is required, or willing to obtain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
