Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Answer incoming phone calls,
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software
- Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Prior Sales Experience.
