Base salary: $30,000+ plus commissions and bonuses.

Already licensed?

A valid Property & Casualty License and insurance customer service experience required.

Base salary: $37,000-$43,000+ plus commissions and bonuses.

Bonus: Active notary commission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build loyalty and trust with clients by asking the right questions and finding the right solutions
• Create quotes tailored to each clients needs
• Spot cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities
• Help clients understand and navigate their policies, and answer their questions and concerns
• Process premium payments and review, update, and change policies
• Handle confidential information with discretion

• License: A Property & Casualty License is required, but no insurance experience is needed. well get you licensed, and we pay for it
• 1+ years of face-to-face or phone sales/customer service experience (banking, real estate, retail, car sales, lending, serving, bartending, and similar)
• Basic computer skills, fast typing and data entry, and comfort with a multi-line phone system
• Professionalism by phone, in writing, and in the office
• The ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate with a team
• Calm, empathetic handling of stressful situations
