Salary Range: $45000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support.

Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and general inquiries with patience and clarity.

Help manage and organize client information within our systems.

Coordinate with agents and other team members to resolve client needs effectively.

Contribute to a positive and supportive office environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Comfort with learning new software and systems.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
