Insurance Customer Service

Our office serves as a hub for neighbors and community members who want to feel secure in their decisions. We are currently looking for a friendly and observant person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the voice of our agency, someone our clients can rely on when they have questions or need guidance on their personal or business coverage. We focus on building real, lasting relationships rather than just processing paperwork. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions about their coverage and billing with patience and clarity.
• Manage incoming policy changes and process endorsements accurately to ensure our clients are always properly protected.
• Work closely with our agents to resolve complex issues and provide thorough follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Help our clients understand their policy documents, explaining terms and conditions in simple, relatable language.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain up-to-date client records in our database.
• Participate in team check-ins to share insights and improve our collective service standards.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Arizona.
• Spanish (Bilingual)
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong command of written and verbal communication.
• Technical proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
