Ideal Candidate:
2-8 years of civil litigation, defense experience
CA Bar, in good standing
Familiar with billing time, inputting billable hours
Not afraid to work hard, step up to get the job done, help each other out
Can work a day or two at home during the week, ideally likes to have staff on-site to mentor/ train but is adaptable and will accommodate to flexible schedule
