Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney

A respected litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated civil litigation matters while maintaining the flexibility of working from home.

The practice focuses on complex insurance-related litigation, including liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, wrongful death claims, and bad faith litigation.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Bar license required.

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.

• Experience in liability defense, insurance coverage, wrongful death, and/or bad faith litigation strongly preferred.

• Excellent legal research, writing, deposition, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
