Insurance Litigation Associate

We are looking for an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our highly-regarded Insurance team. This is a full-lifecycle litigation role where you'll manage cases from start to finish, collaborating with some of the best attorneys in New Jersey.

What will you be doing?

• Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Prepare for trials and make court appearances.

• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the broader team.

• Provide strategic analysis and advice on insurance coverage matters.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience.

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

• Insurance coverage experience is a strong plus.
