Experienced Insurance Sales Professional

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

A growing insurance agency is looking for an experienced insurance sales professional to join its team.

We are looking for an established, motivated producer who understands how to build relationships, develop referral partnerships, generate new business, and turn opportunities into long-term customers.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience
• An active Property & Casualty license
• A proven track record in insurance sales and production
• A strong natural market and ability to generate business through existing relationships, networking, and referrals
• Established relationships with, or the ability to develop strong partnerships with, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, financial advisors, lenders, builders, dealerships, and other referral sources
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• The ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
• A self-motivated mindset and the drive to create new opportunities
• A customer-first approach to selling and servicing insurance
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
