We’re growing our health insurance sales team in Fort Lauderdale and looking for driven individuals who want more than just another 9–5. This is a 1099, performance-based sales opportunity where your income is directly tied to the work you put in.

No insurance experience? That’s okay. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to learn the industry and develop your sales skills. You bring the work ethic, energy, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with potential clients and help them find health insurance coverage that fits their needs

• Build relationships and confidently guide clients through their available options

• Follow up with leads and turn conversations into sales

• Develop strong communication, sales, and closing skills

• Work toward individual and team production goals

• Learn from experienced agents and managers through ongoing coaching and training

• Build your own book of business while developing a long-term career in sales
