Base Salary of $36,000 per year plus commission & bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Explain complex insurance policies in a clear, understandable manner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Process new business applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries.

Maintain compliant business process.

Active Michigan Property & Casualty License required or in the license process.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine interest in helping people and understanding their needs.

Comfort with technology and standard office software.

A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively.
