Our GEICO Exclusive Agency in Manchester is hiring, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Agent to join our team!

Whether you already have insurance experience or you're a proven sales professional looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Educate clients on their insurance needs while providing personalized coverage recommendations.
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and other insurance products.
  • Follow up with leads and referrals to help customers save money and protect what matters most.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Help our Spanish-speaking community by providing outstanding bilingual service.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, wireless, automotive, customer service, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
